OOHK Privacy Policy OOHK Terms and Conditions Definitions and Interpretation 1.1 Definitions : “Merchant” : The independent third-party service provider offering meals via the OOHK app. “Services” : The services provided by OOHK, including but not limited to order placement, delivery, and payment processing. “Personal Data” : Information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual, including names, contact details, and payment information. “User” : Any individual using the OOHK app. “Order” : The request placed by a User for food and/or beverage items through the OOHK app. 1.2 Interpretation : Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.
